HAWA has received two grants which allow us to offer free spay/neuter at Humane Alliance Spay Neuter Clinic in Asheville for those who receive government paid public assistance, Medicare, food stamps, etc. Bring proof of assistance and all of your cats and dogs can be neutered for only the cost of the required shots.
